Plastic Straws Wool Yarn

from $14.99
sale

Worsted/Aran weight yarn made from 100% highland wool and hand dyed. 100 gram hanks are 220 yards, and 50 gram hanks are 110 yards.

This color way is limited edition, and inspired by sea turtles. Multiple species of sea turtle are endangered on various levels. On the endangered species list, these beautiful marine animals are a great reminder that we need to all be making steps towards wildlife conservation. I won’t say that you can’t use a straw at a restaurant, but little steps like a shorter shower or recycling your plastic shopping bags are at least a start.

All of our products are getting away from plastic in our packaging. What little plastic is left is either biodegradable or will be discontinued once certain products using it have sold out. Interesting straw fact from our company is that the straws used in some of our soaps are 100% recycled paper!
